Our latest hot find: Corian top mounted basins

First introduced in 1967, Corian has continued its reign as a user-friendly, hardy surface that despite its multitude of applications (it can be used in shower recesses, as building cladding and to make furniture to name just a few of its lesser-known functions) it is most commonly known as a counter top material.

But the latest iteration of the material, a series of stylish top mounted basins, were introduced to us recently and we’re excited at the myriad design prospects they present.
The range combines the fabulous design properties of the original Corian material (stain and heat resistance, inconspicuous joins, easily repairable, non-toxic, solid and workable like wood) with super stylish concrete and marble look finishes.

Available in a variety of shapes, we love this look combined with a wood counter top (both perfect for an injection of texture), and cannot wait to specify them in our clients’ homes.
